Weekdays: 10am – 7pm (4 weekdays)
1 Weekend (full time on site)
Responsibilitites:
- Customer Interaction
- Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or in-person inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem Solving & Complaint Resolution
- Identify customer issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments if needed.
- Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Order & Account Management
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, or tracking orders.
- Update customer accounts and records as necessary.
- Verify billing, shipping, and payment information.
- Feedback Collection
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Record complaints and suggestions for internal review.
- Internal Coordination
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Relay customer concerns and insights to relevant teams.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer queries, issues resolved, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Product & Service Knowledge
- Stay updated on company offerings and changes.
- Provide recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Service Standards Compliance
- Adhere to company protocols, quality standards, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Maintain a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in any relevant field
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or data entry
- Possess great English communication skills
