We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executiveto join our team. Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, including job postings, internship programme, candidate sourcing,screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, andonboarding plans for new hires.
  • Conduct new employee orientation to ensure seamlessintegration into the organization.
Employee Relations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist on employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
HR Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Manage visa processing, work permits, and other legal documentation for employees.
  • Update HR policies and procedures in line with changes in labor laws and company objectives.
Payroll and BenefitsAdministration
  • Timely process salaries and benefits payment, also ensure high accuracy of data.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and overtime (if any).
  • Administer Group Medical insurance, Business Travel Insurance, end-of-service benefits, and other employee welfare programs.
HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Maintain and update HR databases, contact list, organisation chart, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and training effectiveness.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the DirectSuperior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration who have the right aptitude to people’smatters, is willing to learn on the job and understand the shipping industry.
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in Human Resource role, preferably as an HR Executive orsimilar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal, meticulous and figure-oriented.
  • Able to read and write Chinese, as this role requires liaising with China counterparts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
