• Assist Doctors and Nurses in procedures, treatments, and patient examinations.
• Take and record patients’ basic parameters (height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, BMI) and report to nursing staff.
• Collect and dispatch blood specimens via P-tube.
• Observe and promptly report any adverse patient conditions to Senior Staff Nurse / Staff Nurse / Nurse Clinician.
• Clean and count surgical instruments thoroughly before and after autoclaving.
• Handle daily filling of liquid nitrogen guns with proper protective equipment.
• Perform levia scalp treatment under nurses’ supervision.

• Minimum Certificate in Healthcare Assistant Course (Outpatient) or prior HCA / BCA experience.
• Good communication and attending skills.
• Proficient in typing and computer applications.
