Senior Logistics Coordinator (Tai Seng)

- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email and phone on order requirements
- Manage cargo and inventory, including inbound and outbound shipments
- Perform QA checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Handle daily logistics operations using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Inspect incoming materials and cargo to ensure they meet required specifications
- Verify inbound and defective shipments according to customer requirements
- Conduct cycle counts and stock-taking to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory control for equipment, tools, and parts
- Review and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory shipping guidelines
- Perform daily 5S housekeeping activities
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Experience in logistics / warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with WMS systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
