About the role
Your role as a loan officer with us is to manage all loan applications and enquiries.
Key responsibilities- Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options
- Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company rules and industry regulations
- Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable using tools like MS Office (Word, Excel) and learning new software
- No finance experience is required—we hire for potential
- Schedule: Monday
- Saturday 11:00 AM
- 8:00 PM/Sunday 10:00 AM
- 6:00 PM, off day fixed on a weekday
- Location: Toa Payoh Mall
