The Client:

Adecco is partnering with a community hospital committed to delivering compassionate care to adults and seniors. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist focusing on delivering patient-centred therapy to improve clients' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

The Job:

• Assess clients and deliver individualized occupational therapy treatment.
• Set treatment goals, provide interventions, and conduct caregiver training.
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, risk management, and quality processes.
• Review clinical guidelines.

• Conduct staff training and support training plans.
• Assist in quality improvement projects

The Talent:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
