• Process renewals accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
• Secure, review, and validate newly submitted data within contracts.

• Analyze, document, and clearly communicate existing processes to global teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and help eliminate non-selling activities to improve overall sales team productivity.
• Collaborate with sales managers and provide reporting support to key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies and enable greater focus on value-added activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Operations Analyst should have:

• A relevant educational background, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
