Production Supervisor – Dairy Manufacturing | Stable Role + Career Growth - Bukit Batok

Work days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

(Alternate Saturdays required)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate with the Production Coordinator and Management on any changes or delays in the production schedule.
• Liaise with the R&D team on raw material shortages or quality issues.
• Regularly report raw material characteristics (e.g., foreign particles, color, texture, odor) to Quality Control.
• Conduct briefings with operators on production updates or instructions from Management.
• Perform shift-based checks on machinery and utilities; coordinate with external maintenance when required and approved.
• Work closely with the Batching Leader and Maintenance Team to ensure efficient operations.
• Promptly update production output data in the Navision system.
• Prepare and submit production reports to Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in dairy manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
