We’re looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join a government agency’s HR team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting manpower operations and policies that affect a range of uniformed and civilian staff. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to HR systems, policy interpretation, training administration, and various people management matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and adaptation of HR policies and initiatives to align with operational needs and officer development goals.
  • Monitor and track officer attendance and completion of mandatory training courses to ensure compliance with deployment and progression requirements.
  • Recommend and coordinate appropriate training and development programmes to support officers’ professional growth.
  • Administer and manage training funds to ensure proper utilisation and reporting.
  • Oversee the coordination and tracking of First Aid certification for officers.
  • Provide secretariat support for internal meetings, ranking sessions, and other official events.
  • Offer timely and accurate HR guidance to officers on personnel matters.
  • Assist in HR-related procurement processes, such as sourcing service medals and commemorative items.
  • Handle the processing and management of Police Warrant Cards and ROAMs Card applications, including issuance and destruction.
  • Manage and update records related to skill allowances, leave entitlements, and warrant card administration.
