Digital Marketing Officer ( Part-Time / Flexible Arrangement )

Hybrid Work Arrangement | Flexible Hours | Creative Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Officer to support branding, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives for a growing financial advisory team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, storytelling, content creation, and helping brands grow their online presence.

• Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp channels
• Support design of marketing materials, simple visuals, and promotional content using Canva (or similar tools)
• Coordinate posting schedules and maintain content consistency across platforms
• Assist with short-form video editing (Reels / TikTok / Stories) when required
• Support simple digital campaigns, event promotions, and lead generation initiatives
• Monitor engagement and assist with content performance tracking

• Creative with a good eye for content and design
• Familiar with social media trends and digital platforms
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
• Basic photography/video editing skills are a bonus

• Minimum A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, branding, events, or customer engagement is a bonus (not required)
• Portfolio, sample works, or social media experience is welcome
