• Position: Maintenance Technician (Permanent Role)
• Location : Based on Project site
• Working schedules : Office hours/Site schedule
• Remuneration : Basic, Bonus, Transport and mobile reimbursement

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Technician to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire protection and fire alarm systems across various client sites. This is a field-based position requiring strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to emergency support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly maintenance and servicing of fire alarm and protection systems at client premises
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally
• Diagnose system faults and perform on-site corrective actions
• Prepare clear and accurate service reports upon job completion
• Maintain a 24-hour availability schedule to address urgent client issues (on rotation basis)
• Conduct basic training for clients’ maintenance teams on installed systems when required

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITE / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level qualification
• Prior experience in fire safety systems and relevant certifications will be an added advantage
• Mandarin-speaking preferred for team communication (due to team composition)
