We’re Hiring: Temp Assistant Manager (Marketing, Outreach & Admissions)

1. Year Contract | West Singapore | $4,000 – $5,000/month (depending on experience)

Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs

We are looking for a creative and driven Temp Assistant Manager to join our Client's Marketing, Outreach and Admissions (MRA) team. This role offers a unique mix of design, marketing, and event management responsibilities — perfect for someone who enjoys dynamic, people-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing initiatives to meet recruitment and admissions targets
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns and events to attract high-calibre applicants
• Create engaging visuals for social media, EDMs, and other marketing channels
• Assist in conceptualising layouts, graphics, and campaign ideas
• Handle enquiries, applications processing, and CRM updates
• Coordinate and collaborate with students, internal teams, and external partners on marketing and recruitment activities
• Participate in events, with occasional after-hours or weekend support where needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Visual Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, admissions, or event management
• Familiar with content creation, social media marketing, and visual design tools
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Event management experience will be an advantage
