Job Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote IUIGA merchandise across categories
- Perform sales transactions (cashiering) accurately and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service to every shopper
- Replenish merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
- Participate in inventory stock-taking activities
- Support visual merchandising to maintain IUIGA’s display standards
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
- Passion for the retail industry and customer service
- Enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport
- Courteous, articulate, and approachable personality
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Minimum Secondary education
- Able to converse in English (other languages an advantage)
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Must have experience in furniture sales or furniture retail industry
- 5-day work week
