As an Assistant Manager (Emergency Preparedness) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle the budget and funding for emergency equipment and supplies.
• Plan and manage the purchase and claims for EP items.
• Work with the Biomedical team to track and maintain EP equipment.
• Review what crisis equipment the hospital needs.
• Serve as main contact for health authority audits and reports on EP equipment.
• Work with departments to review and update emergency SOPs.
• Combine and align SOPs across teams.
• Plan and run monthly Fleet Test Exercises.
• Organize all emergency drills based on the yearly schedule.
• Join workshops to ensure emergency infrastructure needs are met.
• Coordinate with planners and staff to develop plans.
• List out all EP items
• Plan the purchase timeline and ensure everything is bought on time.
• Support quarterly BCM Steering Committee meetings.
• Help with emergency projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in emergency planning and management.
