Recruitment Consultant (no BD required)

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our engineering recruitment team.

This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery — working closely with the team to identify and engage top engineering talent across sectors such as facilities management, construction, and engineering consultancies.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate interaction, and building strong talent pipelines, without the pressure of business development.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified engineering candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and database searches
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Engineering talent
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Support the team in fulfilling client requirements efficiently

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Interest in engineering / technical roles as training will be provided
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
