Service Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Company. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the Singapore. As a key member of our field engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' critical systems and equipment.
Key responsibilities- Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valve actuation related initiatives
- Troubleshoots valve or actuators and control instruments issues at site for customers
- Works with operation team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs
- Conducts repair work both in-house and at customers' site when required
- Works with other teams within the Group to generates report for customers on root cause analysis
- Works with the other business unit on customer's challenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing
- A technical NITEC, diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline or minimum 2 years of experience as a technician or Field Service Engineer in the industrial or commercial sector
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients
- A valid Class 3 driving license and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required
- A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Basic UP $4500 + Transport Allowances + Bonus
