Part-Time Bookkeeper (Seniors Welcome!) - Woodlands

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our small business operations. The work will be conducted at a home-based office in Yishun, ideal for someone living nearby and looking for flexible part-time work.

Commitment: Minimum 1 day per week, with availability for up to 2 times per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements
• Record and reconcile payments and receipts using accounting software
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for management
• Support with general accounting or admin-related tasks

Requirements:

• Prior experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting preferred
• Familiar with Excel and simple accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Based near or within reasonable travel distance to Yishun
• Seniors and retirees are strongly encouraged to apply
