Warehouse Assistant (3-years contract)

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure all products are received correctly
• Ensure all products are tagged with RFID tags before put away
• Ensure all products are x-ray screened before entry into the store/sterile area
• Perform inspection on products to ensure they are in good condition for sales
• Store products in proper location and conditions
• Carry out picking tasks for sales cart replenishment and order fulfilment
• Support investigations on any customer complaints on product related issues
• Assist in issues related to warehouse and order fulfilment
• Perform regular stock check and highlight any discrepancies
• Perform general housekeeping of warehouse

• Minimum O level or ITE
• Computer literate
• Work experience in warehouse environment preferred
• Able to lift heavy goods and stand for long hours in an air-conditioned environment
• Able to work on rotating shifts for 5 days per week and OT (including weekends and public holidays)
