Job Summary
You will coordinate delivery schedules, provide quotations for ad-hoc logistics services, track cargo, and manage rescheduling of unsuccessful deliveries to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Contact customers to arrange delivery times and confirm schedules
- Provide accurate quotations for ad-hoc services including uncrating, haulage, and disposal based on customer requests
- Track cargo status to ensure timely delivery and update customers accordingly
- Reschedule deliveries promptly after unsuccessful attempts to maintain service reliability
- Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrate patience when handling customer requests and changes
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to organize data and prepare quotations
