About The Role:
Prepare & help provide quotations to customers- Communicate with customer on the requirements, understand their procurement process to ensure smooth sales process
- Key into sales portal the opportunity
- Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
- Prepare the costing sheet & actual quotation before sending out to customer
- Download or gather the tender document from portal
- Prepare submission template
- Gather information to be included into the tender submission
- Chase the pricing from vendors/suppliers
- Assist in tender submission into the portal / tender box
- Communicate with customer on requirements
- Coordinate technology sharing session with customer in order to generate new sales lead
- Good organization skills & the ability to multitask is a plus point
- Require to attend product sharing & technology update
- Able to explain & demonstrate features of technology products and services
- Able to answer customers' queries and send additional information via email
- Able to upsell products and services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in related tech/IT industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organization skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. Excel to develop the cost/price
- Proficiency in CRM software such as salesforce.com
- Singaporean only
