Project Coordinator (Construction/On Site)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise on-site activities carried out by subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Monitor construction progress to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to guide on-site execution.
Source, assess, and recommend quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for cost-effectiveness and suitability.
Evaluate technical specifications and support the selection process for subcontractors and vendors.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage and review subcontractor and vendor progress claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process variation orders (VOs), including evaluation, certification, and proper documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline is.
Prior exposure to landed residential construction projects is a plus.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and a sound understanding of construction methods and project management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is essential.
Must be comfortable with working at multiple job sites and adaptable to outdoor working environments.
Able to commit 6 working days.
