Job Description

Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including pour-over and espresso with precision and consistency.
Prepare and serve high quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations.

Requirements

5 day work week (Tue to Sat or Wed to Sun)
Availability on Sat/Sun or both
Proficient in English
Strong understanding of espresso calibration
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

Benefits

Full Time: Salary ranges from $2,500 to $2,800
Part Time: Salary starting from $11/hr
Annual bonus for Full Time staff, subject to company’s performance
