- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
- Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)
- Plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Manage end-to-end YouTube channel growth (setup, keyword optimization, thumbnails, playlists).
- Develop ad creatives and work with design/content teams for visuals and video ads.
- Analyse campaign performance, audience targeting, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, placements, and CTAs.
- Monitor competitors and platform trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure ad campaigns comply with platform guidelines and policies.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in paid social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiar with social media KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and content seeding is a plus.
