Marine Operations and Sales Manager

Role Overview

Lead both Sales and Operations to drive efficiency and revenue growth. Ensure smooth quote-to-cash processes, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance.

• Oversee daily operations: order management, logistics, and fulfilment with high OTIF (on-time in-full) performance.
• Improve processes and implement KPIs for cycle time, cost-to-serve, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth through pipeline management, pricing discipline, and accurate forecasting.
• Lead S&OP reviews to align revenue growth with operational optimization
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between Sales and Operations.
• Ensure effective use of systems and maintain data accuracy.
• Execute continuous improvement projects and support strategic initiatives.

• 7–10 years in B2B Sales in Marine Industry with proven sales results
• People management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and process improvement skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Maritime and logistics experience is a must

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field;
