Join Our Team: Fine Jewellery Sales Associate

Working Hours:

Full-Time: 44 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

Deliver personalised and attentive client service
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and maintain a personal client base
Communicate product stories, design intent, and craftsmanship clearly
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Support day-to-day boutique operations
Assist with inventory handling and product care
Maintain visual and service standards in-store

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in fine jewellery retail
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Comfortable with handling high-value transactions & bespoke jewellery consultations
Organised and detail-oriented
Sales-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work retail hours, which includes weekends and public holidays
Based in Singapore
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems, Google Drive, Slack and email.

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-Time: Base salary of S$3,000 to S$4,000/month, + sales commission.
