Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Drive user acquisition and performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI, conversion, and growth metrics
- Lead content marketing efforts including campaign planning, copywriting, social media strategy, and audience engagement
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and product teams to support commercial objectives
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and digital channels to expand market reach
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, lead generation, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, project management, and execution capabilities
