Report to: Business & Sales Planning Manager

Functional Relationships with:

All departments in Murata Electronics Singapore (MES), Regional Management Company (RMC), 6 Overseas Sales Affiliates (OSA), MES HR, MES Business Engineer, Murata HQ sales planning, and so on.

POSITION PROFILE:

Job Site: Yishun

The successful candidate will:

A successful candidate will be involved in RMC's policy management and Plan/Do/Check/Action operations. While working with top management to find solutions to RMC's organizational issues, you will be able to develop strategic thinking for short- and long-term perspective.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Policy / Strategy development
• Support internal stakeholders to develop and execute their policies and strategies.
• Researching latest environment in ASEAN + India to understand external environment change that will give impact to business.
• Understanding of 6 overseas Sales Affiliates business’s situation and analyze the gap to achieve RMC’s policy.
• Policy progress management.
• PDCA Meeting arrangement with stakeholder to follow up policy / key activities progress; Scheduling – Hosting – Meeting Minutes publication and Follow up action.
• Regional Contact Window.
• Coordinate with Headquarters on activity arrangements, including award events and information sharing for OSA across ASEAN.

Ability/ Competency Required:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics and other related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience are preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply to this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, high adaptability with strong growth mindset and proactive action.
• Time management Skill: managing time efficiently and prioritizing multiple tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Communication Skill: delivering clear messages, securing stakeholder alignment, and outlining objectives and action items with precision.
• Project Management: develop effective plans by working backwards from deadlines while managing multiple parallel tasks
• Strong listening and summarization skills: capture key points, decisions, and action items clearly.
• Skill in creating insights and linking them to strategic actions.
