Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions and performance optimization.
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
Accounting Oversight:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Manage, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a key liaison between finance, business units, and regional headquarters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- At least 8 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in a multinational corporation or a fast-paced, consumer-driven industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
