Manager, Marketing, Outreach & Admissions

Salary: $5,000 – $7,500

• Develop and execute admissions strategies to attract and select high-potential applicants for the education programme
• Lead outreach initiatives and engagement activities to build awareness and drive quality applications
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen programme visibility and positioning
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, candidate insights, and competitor activities to support programme strategy and growth
• Manage and drive social media marketing efforts to enhance engagement with prospective students, current undergraduates, and key stakeholders
• Organise and coordinate outreach activities such as information sessions, webinars, and experience days, both locally and overseas when required
• Support additional duties assigned by the Assistant Director, including student management and curriculum-related matters

• Degree in any discipline; candidates with Business or Marketing background preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, outreach, admissions, or related functions
• Creative and innovative thinker with experience developing impactful and targeted campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and data insights to drive decision-making
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics, and performance tracking tools
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and SendGrid
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills across both long-form and short-form formats
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation
• Willing to work after office hours or weekends when required for outreach and marketing events
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse stakeholders
