Group Exercise Instructor - Bukit Merah

Job Summary:

You will play a vital role in enhancing member satisfaction, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and contributing to a dynamic fitness community.

• Conduct a minimum of 60 group classes per month across various formats (e.g., HIIT, cycling, strength training, etc.)
• Deliver high-energy, results-driven classes with proper technique and safety in mind
• Engage and motivate participants of all fitness levels
• Provide modifications and progressions as needed
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional class environment
• Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous class improvement
• Collaborate with the fitness team and attend regular meetings or training sessions
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained and used appropriately

• Valid certification in Group Exercise Instruction (ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, Zumba, Yoga Alliance, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain upon hiring)
• Proven experience in conducting group fitness classes (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to teach a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• • Certified in at least 2 LM programs
