Overview

We’re seeking a Junior Sous Chef with a discerning palate, strong work ethic, and a balanced leadership style. You’ll work closely with our Sous Chef and Owner to shape the culinary direction of Hathaway, contributing to a motivated and united kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations
  • Collaborate with management to foster a cohesive and high-performing kitchen team
  • Uphold culinary excellence across all menu items
  • Refine and adjust dishes to enhance quality and consistency
  • Support staff scheduling and daily operational needs
  • Purchasing & Inventory
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and manage inventory levels
  • Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service
