Senior Software Engineer (Golang/ Python) - Bukit Merah

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer (Golang/ Python) to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and APIs, contributing to system design, and integrating with modern cloud technologies.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: up to $8200 (basic) + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Golang and Python
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Golang and Python
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Gin, FastAPI, Flask)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Version control experience with Git

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Knowledge of gRPC, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
