Job Scope:

Manage painting works from planning to handover
Coordinate with clients, contractors & site teams
Monitor schedules, materials, manpower, and site progress
Conduct inspections and ensure work quality & safety

Requirements:

At least 3 years of recent experience in painting-related projects (SG-based)
Independent, organised & able to handle multiple site visits
Good communication & site coordination skills
