Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience and a keen interest or background in building and facility management. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building and facility management sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized service proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client information in CRM tools.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience or familiarity with building maintenance, facility services, or related fields is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
