Managing strategies for retail performance, margins and customer retention
- Overseeing store operations, inventory control and compliance with policies and procedures
- Lead, train, and develop team members across sales and customer service
- Oversee premium visual merchandising and store presentation
- Oversee budgets, conduct store audits, and enforce loss prevention strategies
- Organise and deliver events, including product launches and exclusive client experiences
- Evaluate sales performance and operational KPIs to generate actionable business insights
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, Finance or related fields
- Min 5 years experience in retail operations
- Experience in Luxury/Precious Metals is an advantage
- Working Location: HQ in Teban, Managing outlets around Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
- Salary: Up to $6000
- Able to start work immediate or on short notice
