Objective / Summary of the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our logistics and supply chain business. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting customer engagement activities, and developing strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.Fresh graduates with a passion for sales, logistics, and customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities- Support the development of logistics operating solutions for customers
- Assist in project implementation and coordination with internal teams
- Support preparation of sales leads, tenders, and RFQs
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and assist in business development activities
- Support operations team in handling customers’ enquiries and requests
- Monitor service performance and escalate issues when necessary
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
- Perform any ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Positive attitude with willingness to take initiative
