[PERM] Sustainability Manager (Real Estate investment firm)

Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainability reporting efforts in alignment with regulatory and industry standards, including TCFD and SGX requirements
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments of climate-related risks and opportunities
• Collect, analyze, and manage sustainability data to support reporting and decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sustainability strategies and initiatives
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all sustainability-related disclosures
• Monitor developments in sustainability regulations and frameworks across Singapore and the APEC region
• Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant environmental and sustainability standards
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in International Policy, Sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate or hospitality sector, with a focus on sustainability reporting
• Strong knowledge of TCFD reporting standards and SGX compliance requirements
• Experience in climate risk and opportunity assessment (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Proven ability in data collection, management, and analysis
• Experience working within Singapore and/or the APEC market
