Tembusu Financial Services is a fast-growing Singapore finance firm specialising in property-backed and secured financing solutions for individuals and businesses.

This role is ideal for candidates from banking, mortgage sales, relationship management, or those keen to build a professional finance career with strong earning potential.

• Build and manage relationships with clients seeking property loans and secured financing
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property-backed financing solutions
• Source and engage clients through referrals, outreach, and provided leads
• Prepare basic financing proposals and coordinate documentation (full training provided – no prior structuring experience required)
• Work closely with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio over time

• Strong interest in banking, finance, or property financing
• Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building and client engagement
• Sales-driven, disciplined, and motivated by performance-based rewards
• Prior experience in banking, mortgage sales, insurance, real estate, or finance is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Fresh graduates and career switchers with the right attitude are welcome
