About the Role

From concept to launch—and every iteration in between—you’ll have a direct impact on how we build, scale, and evolve products that protect people, assets, and operations in critical environments

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that supports both our customers' needs and business growth.
• Lead market and user research specific to the security industry—think access control, video surveillance, and incident response systems.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to gather and prioritize requirements that are practical, impactful, and scalable.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from idea to deployment—ensuring timely, high-quality releases that meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to manage development timelines, clarify technical needs, and solve roadblocks early.
• Monitor product performance using key success metrics and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and user education, especially for complex or regulated solutions.
• Serve as the internal champion and external voice of the product—helping build trust and credibility with both users and partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related).
• Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the security or technology space.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes—especially Agile/Scrum.
• Experience managing products for regulated, mission-critical, or B2B environments is highly valued.
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves—you’re a strategic thinker who also gets things done.
• Clear communicator with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
