The School of Art, Design and Media at NTU Singapore is renowned for its education and research in art, design, and media.
They are seeking a part-time research assistant for a project examining how technology has impacted animation expression and workforce development, with a particular focus on historical technological advancements in Japan, Europe, and the United States between the 1960s and the 1990s.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves data collection, document translation, academic writing, and possibly handling special projects such as grant applications and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree in related fields, a solid understanding of art history and animation, knowledge of Japanese is preferred to conduct research, and a record of academic publications is desirable.
