Position Overview
The Head of Training Academy will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership, management, and development of CCCS International Learning Institute’s training operations. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven experience in managing a training company or educational institution, capable of driving growth, quality assurance, and innovation in learning delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming the institute into a leading Training Academy, ensuring high standards of academic and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the development and expansion of the Training Academy.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans, policies, and frameworks to achieve accreditation and institutional growth.
- Lead curriculum design, training program development, and accreditation processes to align with industry standards and market needs.
- Manage operational performance, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, accreditation bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of trainers and administrative staff.
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement in all training and eucational services.
- Promote innovation in teaching methods, e-learning, and blended training solutions.
- Represent the Academy in key engagements, partnerships, and professional forums.
- A Master’s Degree or higher in Education, Training Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a training company or similar educational organisation.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing training frameworks, quality assurance systems, and industry partnerships.
