Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive to support a wide spectrum of HR functions, with a primary focus on executing end-to-end inhouse payroll processing. Additionally, this individual will also be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations and other HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a people-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computations, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions through a reputed HRIS or payroll software
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax filings, and government reporting requirements.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for salary disbursement.
  • Provide overall HR administrative support and assist in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave records, and medical claims.
  • Administer company insurance policies and course sponsorship programs.
  • Prepare and manage all personnel-related documentation, including employment contracts and HR letters.
  • Facilitate core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee confirmation and performance appraisal processes.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Source and coordinate relevant training programs for staff development.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with HR market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Manage HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is not compulsory but preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in handling a broad range of HR functions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using a reputed HRIS or payroll software is mandatory. Experience in using HRIS UNIT4 will be highly preferred.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of HR management principles, payroll processes, and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Mature, with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly resourceful, organized, proactive, and tactful in handling sensitive matters.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll processing systems is a plus.
