Account Executive (Full Set Accounts) - Bukit Merah

We’re Hiring: Account Executive (Full Set Accounts)

• Location: Aljunied Rd
• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing
• Handle inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Process Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, delivery orders, and quotations
• Manage Accounts Payable: record supplier invoices and arrange payments
• Liaise with external auditors and support annual financial audits
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in handling full set accounts
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
