Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer with 3-9 years of experience in CardLink or Vision Plus development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CardLink or Vision Plus development and be well-versed in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, JCL, VSAM.
Knowledge of any Cards platforms is a plus. This role involves working on development activities with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and banking concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications on the Mainframe platform.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Production Support experience and Card link and Payments Card domain experience
- Banking Sector experience and familiar with SDLC process and change management tools
- Good knowledge of Cards and Payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize COBOL for development tasks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mainframe applications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-9 years of experience in Mainframe development.
- Prior experience with Card Link / Vision plus development is must.
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS.
- Knowledge of credit cards domain is a plus.
- Strong understanding of banking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking and financial services industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
