About the Role

Are you passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and eager to contribute to dynamic construction projects We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeller to join our growing team and support structural and M&E modelling activities.

• Create accurate, detailed, and well-organized structural models using Revit (BIM) and/or AutoCAD.
• Develop, update, and prepare 3D models and shop drawings for client submissions and construction purposes.
• Produce high-quality 2D & 3D presentations and detailed design drawings.
• Generate plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with proper annotations for tender and construction documentation.
• Maintain and enhance office BIM/CAD standards, including sheet layouts, layering systems, modelling processes, and drawing formats.
• Perform Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services modelling, including:
• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
• Plumbing & Fire Protection Systems
• Power Distribution, Lighting, Communication & Security Systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure modelling accuracy and project compliance.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Certification from BCA BIM Modelling Course or equivalent.
• Certificate in BIM Revit (Architecture) preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in BIM modelling at an operational level.
• Exposure to Civil / Structural / Construction projects preferred.
• Proven involvement in relevant projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
