Responsibilities:

  • Collect documents from Test departments
  • Verify documents information and quantity against supporting document
  • Binding and encrypting the E-Documents before release to the customers
  • Maintain the Manual & Electronic Filing Systems
  • Handling the photocopy, scan, upload and mailing documents
  • Mail out letters, documents
  • Answer phone calls & emails in timely manner
  • Cover inter-department duties when necessary
  • Assisting ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent
  • Have initiative and be willing to learn
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Customer-orientated and attentive to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Competent keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
