Sales Coordinator / Administrator - Jurong East (Toh Guan) / 5 days

Industry : Trading - Electronics

Responsible for managing and processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment and clear communication

  • Prepare sales and export documents, including quotations, orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Verify and process incoming sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Management for order approvals.
  • Generate shipping documents and track deliveries.
  • Handle customer emails, calls, and order inquiries.
  • Support general sales administration and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Meticulous and able to multi task.
  • Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.

Assistant Purchasing Officer / Purchaser - Tuas / 5 days / Transport Provided

Industry : Manufacturing / Electrical Equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase materials from local and overseas as per assigned lists of product range; process Purchase Orders.
  • Monitor the delivery of materials, update shipment advice for overseas orders, and ensure the materials are received at stipulated time for Production commencement.
  • Provide clerical support to the Manager and Officer.
  • Print monthly purchase reports and update approved vendor / supplier listing.
  • Assist the Manager and Officer in procurement (which shall include sourcing, negotiating, following-up and expediting of orders).
  • Filing of purchase documents.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the purchasing office.
  • Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in buying electrical components & spares in manufacturing or electrical service company is a plus
  • Able to start work immediately
