Warehouse Planner (Perm) /& Warehouse Assistant (Contract) - Sembawang

1. Warehouse/Production Planner

• Coordinate with customer service, producton, R&D, warehouse and plating subcontractor.
• Plan for production, plating subcontractor & plating department (Optimise machine/manpower)
• Prepare open orders report for operation meeting on weekly basis.
• Issue work orders, monitor status of work orders and coordinate with production for delivery dates
• Ensure raw materials is issued and work with purchasing for the new requirement.
• Ensure safety stocks are kept and work orders are in order before closing of outstanding work orders.
• 'O' Level/ITE with 2 years relevance working experience

1. Warehouse Assistant (Contract)

• Receiving and put away; checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing.
• Ensure goods are handled with care and assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Housekeeping and maintaining of safe working environment.
• Operating of forklift and reach truck
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse and possess Forklift license
