Job Summary

A leading global industrial technology company is seeking a proactive and performance-oriented Sales Executive to support regional business growth initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and securing new revenue opportunities across assigned markets.

The position involves developing effective revenue strategies, optimizing sales and distribution channels, supporting pricing strategy, and contributing to new product introduction initiatives. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and regional branches to drive business expansion and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming sales enquiries for a range of industrial electrical products, including motors, blowers, switches, and switchgear solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, follow-ups, and digital enquiries.
  • Support regional branch offices in lead generation and business development activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare and manage pricing proposals for quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical briefings for prospective clients.
  • Prepare market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and budgeting materials to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through ongoing engagement and after-sales support.
  • Handle sales administration and reporting responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience in industrial electrical product sales, technical sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
