Sustainability Manager (TCFD/ESG/Regional) JL18

• Sustainability Reporting & Regulatory Compliance (Primary Focus)
• Lead preparation of the Group’s annual Sustainability Report aligned with GRI 2021, referencing TCFD and ISSB (S2 climate-focused) requirements.
• Conduct and maintain ISSB gap assessments and develop implementation plans aligned with SGX/ACRA’s climate disclosure roadmap.
• Lead Scope 1 & 2 GHG accounting and progressively broaden Scope 3 coverage, especially for:
• o Downstream leased assets (Singapore & Australia)
• o Upstream materials and services
• Develop assurance-ready ESG documentation, internal controls, and data lineage logs
• for limited assurance requirements in future years.
• Track emerging sustainability regulations across Singapore, Australia, and Indonesia.
• 2. ESG Data Governance & Systems Development
• Design and maintain a Group ESG data governance model with clear data ownership, submission cycles, and verification workflows.
• Consolidate ESG data from Singapore, Australia, and (eventually) Batam business units.
• Enhance digital ESG processes, including dashboards, reporting systems, and audit trails.
• Strengthen data quality controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
• 3. Policies, Governance & Risk Management
• Review, update, and develop Group sustainability policies, including environmental management, social governance, and carbon management frameworks.
• Support integration of climate risks into the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system.
• Coordinate the Group Sustainability Taskforce, driving governance cadence and cross entity alignment.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants on sustainability-related reviews.
• 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building
• Train internal stakeholders (Operations, FM, Development, HR, Finance) on sustainability reporting processes and ISSB/GRI requirements.
• Support tenant engagement activities to improve Scope 3 data quality (leased assets).
• Interface with regulators, auditors, sustainability consultants, and industry bodies.
• Provide structured guidance and capability building to project teams in Singapore,
• Australia, and Indonesia.
• 5. Decarbonisation & Sustainability Initiatives (Secondary)
• Though reporting is the focus, the role will:
• Support sustainability initiatives for existing properties (energy efficiency, water savings, waste management, and materials).
• Contribute to green building strategies (e.g., Green Mark, NABERS, or international
• equivalents).
• Assist in developing asset-level sustainability roadmaps for new developments.
